Thalipeeth Bhajani is a very healthy multigrain flour mix, a pantry staple in most of the Maharashtrian households.
You can whip up many nutritious snacks in a jiffy, if you have a Vithai Foods pre-made stock of this multigrain mix. Apart from making Thalipeeth, this Bhajani can also be used to make to snacks like Kothimbir Vadi, Alu vadi, baked multigrain crackers etc. As with most recipes, there are a lot of variations to the Thalipeeth Bhajani recipe too. The proportion of the grains may vary from region to region or even from household to household.
This recipe includes most whole grains and is easy to make. You may change the amount of some of the ingredients depending on your taste and availability.
How to make Thalipeeth Bhajani Recipe :
Typical Maharashtrian Thalipeeth Flour Mix To make Thalipeeth –
1. Mix 1 cup of Vithai Global Bhajani flour with finely chopped onions, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, salt and water until it is soft and pliable dough.
2. Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
3. On a parchment paper or banana leaf, pat each ball of dough into a circle of about 2-3mm in thickness.
4. Meanwhile, heat a cast iron tawa on medium flame and carefully flip over the thalipeeth on to the tawa and remove the paper.
5. Cook on both sides on low or medium flame until golden spots appear. Sprinkle few drops of oil on both sides.
6. Serve hot with curd and pickle. It can served with some butter on top too.

How to make Green Moog Dosa & Amboli
Prepare the Batter
1. Take 1 cup green moong dal flour in a bowl.
2. Add green chillies, ginger, coriander, cumin seeds, and salt.
3. Add little water gradually and mix well.
4. Make a smooth, thick batter—similar to dosa batter (not too thick, not too thin).
5. Add chopped onions, grated vegetables, or paneer if you prefer.
Cook the Dosa / Chilla
1. Heat a tawa on medium flame.
2. Pour a ladle of batter and spread it like a dosa.
3. Drizzle a little oil or ghee around the edges.
4. Cook until it turns golden and crisp on one side, then flip.
5. Cook the other side for 1–2 minutes.
3. Serve
Serve hot and healthy green moong dosa/chilla with chutney, butter, or pickle.
